High-precision narrow gap coating die adopting world-advanced R&D technology to test polymers' characteristics to get the optimized flow channel design. Early at preliminary designing stage our dedicated engineer team predicted all kinds of problems that may occur during the production as many as possible and meanwhile they provided related solutions.

  • Mainly including: narrow gap coating die, coating and scraping coating die, near-contact coating die, monolayer or multilayer coextrusion coating die.

    · Coating thickness: from 0.015 to 2.5mm.
    · Viscosity of raw materials: 100CPC to 120000CPC.

    · Tolerance: within ±1%.

    · Die steel:SUS630/SUS420/2316
    · Adopting microcontact ultra-precision mirror-surface polishing technology,roughness reaches 0.02-0.04μm.
    · Die lip straightness tolerance within ±0.002mm/m. Guarantee the coating thickness uniformity.
    · Suitable linear speed is 100－400M/min.

    · Die lip sharp angle reaches R0.045mm through special treatment.

    Apply to all kinds of hot melt adhesive including PSA,APAO,EVA,PA,PUR,PUA and elastomer.
    Application area: Packaging, filter, medical, environmental protection, clothing and battery separator.
